Visit the ICT Service Desk in the Central Library on South Kensington Campus between 08:30—18:00, Monday to Friday. It's next to Room 110 on Level 1 by the central staircase
Out of hours support
For critical problems that disrupt services and systems only, on weekends, college closure days and between 18:00—08:30 on weekdays. Call +44 20 7594 9000 or 49000 from a College telephone, follow the recorded instructions and wait to be transferred to our Out of Hours team*.

*Out of Hours service is provided by an organisation external to the College. They are governed by contract and Service Level agreement. In order to provide all users with the service, the organisation has the names, email addresses, phone numbers and University IDs of College members held on secure servers.
